Send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order with “Return” in the subject title. We will arrange for a free collection from you. Please specify the reason why you to send you item(s) back. We will send you an email containing the details of the pick-up (date and time). We will email you as soon as your item(s) have been received and your return is in process. All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded. For orders done through PayPal, Paypal fees will be excluded from refund amount. Returned items must be received new and unused within 7 days of the email sent, any returns received after the 7 days will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer. This applies for clothes only. We do not offer free return on jewellery and scarves.

Please note that we will only exchange goods to the same value or higher, we can not exchange products for a lower value. We will arrange for a free collection and delivery of your new item. Please provide all new product information as part of the email (size, color, etc...) Same returns procedures will be applied. We will then process your new order and provide you with all relevant documentation in the new shipment. This applies for clothes only. We do not offer free exchanges on jewellery and scarves.
EXCHANGE / REFUND OF JEWELLERY AND SCARVES
You have 7 days counting from the first day you receive the order.
1. Send an email to email@example.com and request a return letting us know the reason.
2. Items must be returned:
In its original state, together with any accessories related, and may not be used, washed or damaged. Items should be with its original tags and packaging.

Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
SECURE/TRACKABLE DELIVERY - We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at dinakhalife.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
- How will I get my refund?
Once the refund is approved, you will get the refund to the same credit card or Paypal account you used to do the payment.
- When will I receive my refund ?
Items must be in perfect condition. Once approved, the refund you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been made. This should take 2-3 days once we receive the item back. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.
- What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
